Lynda spent 27 years in the K-12 system, 12 as a teacher, and the rest as a school counselor. During this time, she received a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in School Counseling, and then a Doctor of Education Degree from The University of Arizona in Educational Leadership. Life was feeling sticky and uncomfortable, which led to looking for change.
Lynda then transitioned to a different venue and started working for an international copper mining organization as a site safety compliance trainer, an instructional designer, and an instructional coach helping to train trainers at the company mining sites.
After living through the results of the 2020 pandemic, it was a while before she changed venues again and worked for several years as the COO of a Christian nonprofit. Life was again feeling sticky, which created purpose for digging deeper for answers. Continual research helped her find a process to identify what was feeling sticky and to find some solutions. She followed her passion of helping others and returned to the world of coaching.
Currently, she is very involved in several church ministries along with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her family and is thrilled with her role as Nana. She continues working as an author, public speaker, trainer, facilitator, Biblical counselor, and life coach. Her greatest desire is to help others identify their sticky points in life, work toward resolving what sticks, and move forward in their true purpose and identity.
